Academic qualifications span a B-Tech Degree in Mining Engineering, with executive and professional development through the University of Johannesburg and the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), University of Pretoria.

With a combined 21+ years of hands-on mining experience, the leadership team has operated across gold, platinum, chrome, and diamond mining environments, including significant exposure to mechanised underground mining. Their expertise covers underground mine planning, resourcing, execution, and life-of-mine optimisation, supported by strong financial management and operational control capabilities.

The leadership team holds multiple statutory mining certifications, including Blasting, Mine Overseer, and Mine Manager certifications, ensuring a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risk management.
